About the Role

In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in helping us deliver exceptional property management solutions to our clients. You will be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring a smooth and successful experience throughout the entire solution lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, actively listening to understand their unique needs and challenges.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries and concerns related to our property management solutions.
    • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend tailored solutions that optimize their operations.
  • Solution Design and Customization:
    • Analyze client requirements and leverage your technical expertise to design customized property management solutions that meet their specific needs.
    • Work closely with clients to gather detailed specifications and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Pre-Sales Support:
    • Partner with the sales team to present and demonstrate the capabilities of our property management solutions to potential clients.
    • Leverage your technical knowledge to provide valuable insights during sales presentations and proposal development.
  • Implementation and Integration:
    • Oversee the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions with existing client systems.
    • Coordinate with technical teams to guarantee successful deployment that aligns with client expectations and timelines.
  • Training and Support:
    • Conduct training sessions for clients and their staff, empowering them to effectively utilize the implemented solutions.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure client satisfaction and maximize solution efficiency.
  • Market and Industry Analysis:
    • Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the property management industry.
    • Analyze market needs to contribute to the development of new features and solutions that address emerging client demands.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead project teams to deliver solutions within the agreed-upon scope, timeline, and budget.
    • Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are met, and deliverables maintain high quality standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to client solutions.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, solution designs, and implementation processes.
    • Prepare and present reports on project outcomes and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Proactively gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement in current solutions.
    • Recommend and implement enhancements that increase the value and effectiveness of our property management solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a solution consulting role within the property management software industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing customized solutions for clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of the property management industry and its challenges.
  • Experience with property management software solutions is a strong plus.
