1. How much do I earn?
10% commission on the contract value. Typically RM 3,000 - RM 5,000 per developer depending on final package.
2. When do I get paid?
After the developer signs and pays their first invoice. Usually 2-3 months from your submission.
3. Can individual agents join?
Yes! Both agencies and individual agents with REN/REA can participate.
4. What if someone else submits the same developer?
First submission wins. System timestamps everything.
5. Do I need to sell?
No. But you have to No. Just make sure the developer is interested. We handle everything after that
